This well-known independent Scottish law firm has a new requirement for a non-contentious construction solicitor to join the infrastructure team based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
The focus of the work will include dealing with:
- the construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects (e.g. dealing with development agreements, building contracts, bonds and guarantees and professional appointments);
- significant engineering projects, particularly in the energy sector (e.g. on shore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar tidal/wave etc).
Whilst the position is based in Scotland, the team covers projects throughout the UK.
Clients include developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants.
