Residential Support Worker

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Full-time and Part-time, shifts may vary.

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional care and support to our young residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day care and support to residents in a residential or school setting.
- Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
- Collaborating with other staff members to create and maintain a supportive environment.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Assisting residents with daily activities and promoting independence.
- Following care plans and procedures accurately.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Preferably possess an Enhanced DBS check or DBS on the Update Service. If not, we can assist with the application process.
- Experience working with children or young adults, especially those with special needs or disabilities.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards the needs of vulnerable individuals.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
