Buyer - 12 months Inside IR35 £400-450 a day - Dorset
Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious organisation, who is looking to recruit a Senior Buyer for a minimum 12-month period, this role will be based onsite in Dorset 3 days a week.
You will receive a daily rate of up to £450 a day DOE and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.
Working as part of the Vigilant Procurement & Supply Chain team supporting the Procurement Manager in establishing the project procurement mechanics.
This role requires knowledge and experience of MoD procurement processes ideally in electronic communications and networks.
I would love to hear from suitably experience procurement specialists with skills including;
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- In-depth understanding of the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, and priorities and governance for area of responsibility.
- Knowledge of UK Defence Sector and its supply chain - recognise key players in market.
- Knowledge of MoD procurement processes.
- Team management and performance management.
- Able to make informed decisions based on risk and opportunity analysis, business acumen, knowledge, experience and total cost of acquisition principles.
