Long-Term SEN Teaching Assistants
Location: Hounslow Borough
Job Type: Full-time (5 days a week)
Pay Rate: £83.33 - £110 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Job Description:
We are looking for committed and passionate Long-Term SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in the Hounslow Borough. This full-time position requires availability for 5 days a week, providing consistent support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to students with SEN in various school settings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff.
- Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Availability for 5 days a week.
- Experience with SEN is desirable.
- Experience with Team Teach and Makaton.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
