HR Advisor - Part time 3 days per week NG17 - hybrid working available after training Circa £20,400 for 3 days
About them: My client is a well-established, global trader operating from multi million pound premises in the Mansfield area of Nottingham. They are a family-owned business with solid values and many of their workforce stay at the company for the whole of their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for general HR queries
- Support line managers - covering the full employment life cycle
- Offer ER advice to line managers
- Support effective absence management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide reports on key people metrics, analyse data to identify trends and recommend proactive measures.
- Support Team Leaders and Managers with developing and enhancing their people management knowledge and skills
- Contribute to the HR strategy through the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
Person Specification:
- CIPD level 5 and a good understanding of employment law.
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles, including ER experience / hands on generalist role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Knowledge and confidence to coach and train others on people management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload
- High integrity with high level of discretion and diligence
- Microsoft Office and familiar with HR technology and systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Flexible and adaptable
Other Information:
- The core hours of work are Wednesday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm - with flexibility on either side of this.
