Tonic is recruiting for an outstanding gastropub-style restaurant with rooms near Stratford-Upon-Avon that is looking to bolster its senior leadership team. As Assistant Manager, you will be hands-on during service and integral to the restaurant's performance and reputation. The business operates at the highest level of hospitality and offers first-class food, drink, and service.
What we are looking for in Assistant Manager candidates:
