THE OPPORTUNITY:
Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant working for an organised based in Birmingham. This is working as a the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Leadership Team to provide administrative and secretarial support across a wide variety of areas.
This is a temporary role with full time hours
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diary management
Email management
Minute taking
Project support
Arranging lunches
Organising travel
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be consider for this vacancy you must have excellent organisational skills, have the ability to prioritise workloads, Senior Administration experience preferably with some EA experience, excellent attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines and the ability to multi task. You must also be confident on all Microsoft Office including powerpoint and excel.
You must be immediately available to start work.
