Repairs Planner Up to £28,000 Permanent Royal Tunbridge Wells
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Planner to join an organisation based in Royal Tunbridge Wells on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner:
- Maintain the database for all damp and mould cases, updating progress
- Schedule work for engineers
- Liaise with customers and engineers to schedule in work
- Keep customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs
- Re-book in cancelled appointments
- Manage all associated administration
Essential Requirements of the Repairs Planner:
- Previous experience handling repairs requests
