Are you an Internal Sales Development Representative looking for an exciting new career opportunity, especially one to join a world leader in motion capture technology?

My client is a global company working on the development of high-performance products used within a range of industries, including engineering, life sciences and entertainment. This opportunity is for an Internal Sales Development Representative to join their R&D site in Oxford, working on the generation of new business pipelines, with the sales team.

Key responsibilities for the Internal Sales Development Representative, based in Oxford:

  • Establishing a great understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Following up with prospects with outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Communicating the business' value proposition to secure initial meetings with potential new customers, in our core markets
  • Working closely with senior Business Development Representatives to identify commercial opportunities and progress opportunities through buying cycles
  • Generating a pipeline of commercial opportunities by prospecting and researching companies and their management teams

Skills and Experience required for the Internal Sales Development Representative, based in Oxford:

  • Experience in winning in new business, and developing target pipelines
  • highly driven and ambitious, taking on a large volume of outbound calls
  • Self-motivated recent graduates keen to get into sales, or applicants early in their sales career
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence speaking to a broad range of professionals from senior academics to executive producers to engineers.
