Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple complex audit engagements.
- Provide expert advice on audit and assurance matters to clients.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring high audit quality and team performance.
- Drive business development initiatives and expand the firm's audit practice.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in external audit, with significant experience in a management role.
- Proven track record in client management and business development.
