We are currently working with a High End Restaurant based in Dorking who are looking to recruit for a Chef De Partie to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team who are passionate about delivering high quality modern cuisine in their fine dining restaurant,
Hours Per week : 48 between Wednesday - Saturday . Wednesday - Thursday are later starts as the restaurant is only open for Dinner Service. Fridays and Saturdays are longer days as they are open for lunch and dinner service .
General Duties :
- Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant's opening
- Assisting with marinating, cutting and precooking foods
- Cleaning the kitchen before the restaurant closes
- Cooking meals as directed by Head Chef
- Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment
What we are looking for :
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant;
- Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
- Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
