Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic client based in Quedgeley who are seeking an Accounts Payable Asisstant to support on an initial temporary basis.
DAY TO DAY:
- Support running of the European Accounts department
- Provide supplier invoices in an accurate and timely mannger
- Monitoring department inbox
- Assist with monthly bank reconcilation
- Input employee expenses on Sage
- Update suppliers via telephone and email
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in a similiar role is essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work to tight deadlines
This role is available to start immediately, working Monday - Friday and paying £12 - £13 per hour"
