My Client is a specialist subcontractor and leaders in the Facade Industry now require a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be required to work across multiple projects valued up to £5 Million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing final accounts
- Pricing variations
- Produce detailed valuations
- Carry out site measurements
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of pricing variations
- Roofing knowledge (Advantage)
- Commercially aware
- Ability to manage valuation dates
