Enterprise Account Director
**Location:
Remote within the UK, with opportunities to meet customers and team members as needed.
**Compensation:
- Base Salary: Up to £75,000
- Car Allowance: £7,500
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £150,000 (including bonuses/commissions)
**Role Overview:
A leading IT services company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to focus on new business acquisition within the enterprise sector. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual eager to unlock new opportunities, secure new logos, and build strategic relationships with large organizations.
**Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Drive 100% new business acquisition by targeting enterprise customers with 2,000 or more users. This includes generating and closing opportunities with new named customers.
- Account Planning: Create and implement focused account capture and development plans for new clients. Develop multi-level contact strategies for structured engagement and predictable business development.
- Sales Focus: Specialize in selling IT services, which may include cloud services, managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and more.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain tactical and strategic relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business, regional initiatives, and networks.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of well-qualified business opportunities, demonstrating control over customer buying criteria and processes.
- Client Engagement: Act as the single point of contact for clients, helping them shape business-enabling IT strategies. Provide access to senior management and subject matter experts.
- Thought Leadership: Offer proactive value and thought leadership on technology and sector trends, positioning the company as a trusted partner for innovation and strategic direction.
- Partner Collaboration: Regularly engage with strategic partners and vendors to leverage opportunities, stakeholders, and networks for business growth.

Experience:

IT Reseller or MSP Background: Must have experience working within an IT Reseller or IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

Enterprise Sales: Proven track record of new business sales within the IT sector, specifically targeting large organizations with 2,000+ users.

Relationships: Established stakeholder relationships within the UK enterprise sector.

Business Development: Expertise in shaping and developing multiple business opportunities.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft, Cisco, and AWS solutions.

Customer Insight: Ability to quickly understand and adapt to the unique requirements of customer organizations.
