Finance Project Manager – The Role:
As Finance Project Manager, you will take the lead on our client's NetSuite ERP system as well as driving initiatives and change activities in the finance team, related to operational efficiency, acquisitions and large partner integrations, new product development and launches, KPIs and reporting, and overall business workflow improvement.
Finance Project Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key resource in delivering initiatives for operations and the broader business
- Scope, plan, and implement a wide range of projects, collaborating with all relevant internal stakeholders
- Oversee and manage the NetSuite ERP system for the group
- Train finance and other departmental users on NetSuite functionality, including system administration
- Acting as NetSuite subject matter expert, answering queries and offer suggestions for improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within NetSuite
- Work across the wider organisation to identify and capitalise on other opportunities for operational enhancement and operation outside of NetSuite
- Define and develop KPIs and SLAs and using these to identify opportunities for improvement
Finance Project Manager – You:
- Proven track record in delivering and implementing improvement initiatives into large operations teams with demonstrable benefits
- Extensive experience with NetSuite with previous experience as NetSuite Administrator or Developer – Certification desirable but not required
- Background with financial processes and accounting principles
- Demonstrable experience in delivering large cross functional change projects
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with other financial systems such as Datarails would be beneficial
- Experience financial services business essential with payments specific experience being a plus
