As an Asbestos Analyst, you will be working on commercial sites for a diverse range of blue-chip environmental and industrial organisations, property developers, local authorities, and management consultants, among others.

The successful Asbestos Analyst will have:
- BOHS P403 + P404/RSPH3 certification with at least 12 months of field experience
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures and HSG248 'The Analyst's Guide' in relation to asbestos
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Utilise strong verbal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to foster a resourceful work environment.
- Confidently carry out all 4 stages, including clearance, background, smoke, visual inspections, re-occupation, personal air testing, and leak reassurance.
- Compile accurate asbestos reports based on gathered data.
