GI Group are recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 Drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in the Stalybridge area.
This job is general haulage work with a mixture of days, nights, weekends and tramping available
There is ongoing work available for the right candidate.
About the job:
0630 start Monday to Friday
Approximate length of shifts is 12-13 hours
An average of 4-8 drops per day
Pay Rates
Monday to Friday Days £14.50 PAYE (**£16.25)
Monday to Friday Night £15.50 PAYE (**£17.37)
Saturday £16.50 PAYE (**£18.49)
Sunday £17.50 (**£19.61)
- *Pay rate is the equvalent rate including holiday pay based on an average weekly holiday accrual rate of 12.07%. This can be taken as soon as accrued and may vary slightly depending on total hour worked**
- Requirements:
- Held a full and valid Cat C+E Driving licence for at least 2 years due to insurance.
- We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
- Valid Digital Tacho card & CPC
- A maximum of 6 points on your licence
