Role: Recruitment Administrator
Type: Interim 6-12 months
Salary: £17ph Umbrella (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (multiple sites)
Location: Bristol

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator for our Public Sector client.

Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator are;

  • Offer administrative support to the Housing team in order to help them implement high volume expert recruitment efforts
  • Use the applicant tracking system provided by the council to: -Post advertisements
  • Set up interviews, create offer letters, provide references, Assist with CV searches
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow BCC's hiring and selection guidelines to guarantee impartial and open hiring
  • able to demonstrate understanding of and/or familiarity with diversity and equality concerns
  • Participate in the entire hiring process, from the initial attraction to the final appointment
  • Respect BCC's hiring and selection procedures to guarantee impartial and open hiring
  • Capacity to function well in a high-pressure setting when deadlines and priorities are flexible.

The Ideal candidate for the Recruitment Administrator will have;

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Familiarity with using an applicant tracking system will be beneficial
