HR Manager

Are you looking to work with a unique, collaborative business going through sustained growth? This new start up business has won countless awards within their sector, along with being recognised for their investment in people.

With a number of recent senior hires recently, they are seeking someone to head up their HR function 2/3 days per week. This is a newly created role, reporting into the Group Operations Director Controller within a wider team of 30. You will be responsible for the whole HR function for this SME business.

Responsibilities -

  • Oversee the full HR lifecycle
  • Create, implement and maintain policies and procedures
  • Play a key part in the onboarding process of new starters (including recruitment)
  • Appraisals – exit interviews etc
  • Implementing a structure across the business and future HR department
  • Compliance
  • Collaborate with multiple departments

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years HR experience
  • Ideally experience in a start-up business or a role that is creating policies etc
  • Experience in a group business is ideal
