Construction Administrator

Our client a well-known housing development company are looking for a Construction Administrator to join their team working within their busy offices in Basildon.

The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with good communication skills, strong IT skills, be proactive and have a strong work ethic.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organising project meetings.
  • Typing up documents
  • Responding to business enquiries
  • Data entry
  • Drawing up contracts and providing customer service.
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems
  • liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, flexible working is available after the first 6 months with the opportunity to work from home some days.

As well as a competitive salary the client is offering a bonus scheme and free on-site parking.
