Salary: £33,000- 44,000 dependent on experience

They have several projects in the pipeline so are keen to add to their technical team with the addition of an Architectural Technician to join their team in Ringwood, Hampshire.

The successful Architectural Technician will have extensive post qualification experience in sectors such as leisure, hotels and retirement living, be technically excellent in industry standard software, ideally Revit and be able to manage a small team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Substantial relevant post qualification experience in the UK
  • A degree in architectural technology or similar HND/HNC
  • Technical expertise in Revit is advantageous
  • Experience working in a range of sectors ideally retirement living, leisure and community buildings
  • A passionate and self-motivated approach to work and professional development
  • Experience managing a small team and projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Job running experience
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good working knowledge of up-to-date building regulations
  • Live locally to Hampshire area
  • Work well in a close-knit team
  • Hit the ground running
  • Passionate about high quality innovative technical drawings
  • Keen to continue progression and input to company growth
