Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, promoting growth and development.
Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to optimise operational efficiency.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and drive performance improvement.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified CIMA/ACCA (Finalists will be considered)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong decision-making ability.
