Job Purpose
The role is within the Investment Operations area of the Investment Financial Services Department, which provides professional Investment Services to multiple clients with Assets under administration of approx. £35bn.
Reporting into the Unit Pricing Supervisor, this Junior position will introduce and help build experience and knowledge of the investment operations sector. The candidate will be responsible for performing the business critical, highly regulated day to day Unit Linked Pricing tasks, which includes Pricing over 600 life and pension funds.
Key Accountabilities
- Unit Linked Fund NAV/Pricing and validation including price publication
- Collating fund cash flows for the Front Office
- Collateral Management
- Custody cash and stock reconciliations including making journals as necessary
- Maintaining and developing KPI's and MI
- Working on small change projects and larger Company driven initiatives by applying subject matter expertise
- Performance individually of, as well as the oversight of the team in relation to the above tasks
Success in the job will be evidenced by contributions to day to day operational performance and KPI's (e.g. Timely Publication of Unit Prices, minimal business errors / Losses etc.) as well as contributions to Continuous Process Improvement.
