In the role, you will provide first-line support to clients, resolving technical issues via phone, email, and in-person. You'll assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing user accounts, and escalating complex issues to senior technicians.
This role would suit a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for IT and a desire to grow within the company. You should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of IT systems.
The Role:
