My client is a trusted name in Property and Lettings Management. They work closely with estate agencies to manage tenancies, handle deposits, and oversee block properties, ensuring the smooth operation of common areas in large flats. As their valued Lettings Administrator prepares to relocate, they are seeking an experienced professional to take on this pivotal role in our team.

**The Role

As a Lettings Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of tenancy management, supporting their growing portfolio of properties, including modern new builds and HMOs. This stand-alone role requires someone who can work independently, with high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing 100 active tenancies, including a portfolio of 60 HMOs
  • Liaising with estate agents to source tenants
  • Handling all aspects of tenancy management, including referencing, contracts, and rent collection
  • Preparing landlord statements and managing deposits
  • Collaborating with agents and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Using Excel for day-to-day tasks and Decorus for tenancy management
  • Conducting property inspections as required
  • Organising landlord statements and invoices
  • Working with helptomove to handle utility contracts and bill management for new tenants
  • Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends) for escalations

What We're Looking For
We need someone with current experience in lettings administration, ideally within an estate agency environment. You'll be comfortable with managing a busy portfolio, handling contracts, and picking up the phone when needed. Attention to detail, independence, and pride in your work are key traits for success in this role.

Key Traits:

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, proud of their work, and able to work independently
  • Clear and confident communicator

Why Join Us?
This is a stand-alone role where you can truly own the lettings process from start to finish. You'll work with a supportive team and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule. Full training and a comprehensive handover will be provided before their current administrator leaves at the end of October.

If you're an experienced lettings administrator looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
