E-Mail Marketing Manager - Campaigns

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a leading B2B Med-Tech business who partner with some of the largest Healthcare and pharmaceutical professionals. The business is growing from strength to strength, with over 42 million visitors per year to their website.

With increased budgets across all marketing channels, this new role of the E-Mail Marketing Manager is to lead the company's marketing campaigns and to drive new and existing B2B acquisitions. This is a stand alone role involved in the planning, executing, and reporting on the performance of the campaigns.

The role and responsibilities of the E-Mail Marketing Manager role-

  • Run value-driven engagement campaigns to promote customer retention.
  • Support the creation of email automation series
  • Design and deliver lead nurturing workflows for both time-specific campaigns and evergreen for website conversions.
  • Lead the generation of campaigns for other products such as webinars.
  • Forwarding new leads to the Sales teams.
  • Use HubSpot to report on the effectiveness of campaigns, learn, iterate, and action.
  • Provide monthly reports on marketing engagement metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining the website and generating content for social media and other channels.
  • Ad-hoc help on Trade Marketing requirements and delivering on upcoming events.

To be successful in this Digital Campaign Manager role -

  • Ideally having 4-5+ years Marketing experience in B2B Space.
  • This is working in a small team of 4 where you do not have a direct report, so will suit someone who likes to be hands-on.
  • Ideally have experience in the Pharma, Med-Tech and life science background
  • Have extensive experience running multiple B2B campaigns via email marketing
  • Hub spot experience is essential
  • Experience in commercial marketing and clear vision to drive results working closely with the Sales & Customer Retention team
  • Email automation experience is essential
  • If you have experience with Paid (PPC), Search & Affiliate Marketing this would be highly desirable
  • Working closely with the Creative and Graphic Designers on the campaigns
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
