My client is a business leading in its industry based in Leeds, looking to recruit a Payroll Manager on a 6 month basis. You would look after a small team of payrollers and oversee the full payroll process and ensure it is running efficiently and effectively.
Description
You may have the responsibilities but would not be limited to:
- Overseeing the full payroll processes.
- Identifying issues with the processes and developing solutions.
- Liaising with stakeholders and dealing with confidential information.
- Collaborating with the Human Resources team.
- Overseeing the compliance processes.
- Innovate new payroll procedures.
Profile
- An expert in payroll with a wealth of experience in industries and payroll areas.
- Proven track record in implementing new payroll systems and procedures.
- The ability to lead a team from the front.
- Be immediately available or on a 2 week notice period or less.
- Be able to provide a good service.
- Be able to be in Leeds for a minimum of 2 days a week.
Job Offer
Salary of £65,000 - £80,000 + 6 month contract + Immediate start date + Free parking + Hybrid working + Flexible hours + Potential to be extended or go long term + Great benefits package + Leeds location
