A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Criminal Legal Secretary to join a well-respected Criminal Law firm in Ashton to work as part of a small team supporting a number of criminal solicitors on a day-to-day basis.
You will be required to have previously worked as a Legal Secretary with ideally past or current criminal law experience.
Hours - 9am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Location - Ashton
The firm have a close-knit team and you will be required to be a good team player and enjoy working within a busy team environment.
Duties include:
- Typing general correspondence
- Liaising with the police stations/courts/agents/barristers
- Preparing enclosures
- Opening and closing files
- Responding to client enquiries via email and telephone
- Diary management
