Package: £62,020 - £88,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

The Role?
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities of the role;
- Be accountable for delivery of a programme of work and shape the delivery method using the company's best practices.
- Lead project managers and technical specialists whilst being responsible for programme level reporting, risk management, financial management, planning, performance, supply chain management and resourcing.
- Drive business change, culture change, training, process transformation and support capability within the programme.
- Be responsible for programme planning and governance.
- Oversee planning of the programme and monitor its progress, reporting to the business delivery unit.
- Oversee the programme's budget.
- Manage risks and issues and implement mitigation appropriately.
- Direct Project Managers to deliver their projects and their interdependencies.
- Maintain relationship with facility delivery management team to assist programme delivery.
Your key skills should include but not be limited to:
- Programme/Project Management qualifications or be able to provide evidence of equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally, written and the ability to drive delivery.
- Experienced in stakeholder management and being able to target audiences.
- Strong practical experience in project management delivering technical projects.
- Experience of managing complex projects.
- Good knowledge and handling of project and programme management methodology and techniques.
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in programme delivery.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
While we welcome applications from developing project managers, ideally you will have demonstrable experience in:
- Good understanding of Public Procurement Regulations.
