Description
Essential skills required:
- In depth experience in leading multiple small to medium complex projects.
- Experience leading internal and external teams.
- Experience managing third parties.
- Experience using different project management methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, comfortable operating at all levels in the organisation
- Experience of working alongside Agile Technology teams
- Experience in industry standard project management processes and controls - financial control, resource management, risk & issue management, planning, change control, benefits management, reporting.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communications skills; written, verbal, presentations.
- Good Negotiating and influencing skills
- Formal project management qualification
Profile
As a Project Manager working alongside our Agile Technology Teams you will lead the delivery of multiple small/medium Change projects and workstreams, ensuring they are delivered on time, to scope and within budget.
You'll use your experience to deliver change at pace, whilst demonstrating more innovative, efficient ways of working.
You'll safely implement change through engagement and collaboration with impacted business areas. An excellent communicator, you know how to influence others to ensure effective project delivery.
You'll lead the project team through the lifecycle including finance, resourcing, planning, risk management, scope control, benefits management and reporting. With a detail-oriented approach, you are able to report on complex data in a simplified way.
