Team Manager, £48ph, Assessment, Exeter
Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Team Managers to support and guide the practice of social workers within the Duty and Assessment Team, ensuring children and young people are receiving the right interventions at the right time, to improve their outcomes.
Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality services and play an important part in quality assuring work and performance managing staff where needed. We require the successful candidate to be located on site to support their teams in person during their duty week. This means that Candidates must be able to commit to being on site in County Hall, Exeter for 5 days every other week and then as required e.g. for training and managers meetings during their non-duty weeks.
Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work and should have strong interpersonal and relationship skills to lead, support and develop the team.
An agreed weekly agency accommodation / commuter travel allowance of up to £150 per week is offered for those living 50 miles or more from their work base.
