We are currently working with one of our clients based in Harrow who are looking to bring onboard a confident candidate who will be working closely with the Business Operations Manager with day-to-day duties and support them with the business needs.
The person should be IT literate, love learning, be on the hunt for ways to improve all the time, have a can-do attitude, a high attention to detail, used to working in a fast-paced environment.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a well established business with an opportunity to grow and develop within their field.
Business Operations Support duties:
- Support the business manager with daily duties
- Set up the office to ensure its professional
- Oversee the provision of refreshments and stock
- Organise company events, team building and training days
- Oversee the management of company stock
- Assist with the administration for all staff software access
