Day to Day of the role:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, focusing on timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Implement and maintain robust credit control procedures to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial support and insights that aid in decision-making and business strategy.
