We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our dedicated team in a thriving e-commerce business specialising in human hair extensions. With over 15 years of industry experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for customer satisfaction and supporting our ongoing growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate product information, assist with order processing, and offer after-sales support.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Liaise with delivery companies to investigate delivery and return issues and handle courier claims.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and performance.
  • Communicate with customers to secure positive feedback across all e-commerce channels and maintain our high feedback score.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of all orders.
  • Offer feedback to the management team on customer needs and concerns.
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
  • Perform ad-hoc office administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably in fashion and beauty.
  • Proficiency in using major e-commerce platforms, with Shopify experience being advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent typing speed and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A flexible and ‘can do' attitude, with a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
