Description
The key responsibilities of an Part-time Office Support Coordinator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Follow up with vendors to ensure a timely service delivery
- Update records of all maintenance activities
- Provide essential administrative support for a office move
- Prepare and organise project documents
- Track project time lines and maintain correspondence with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings with stakeholders
- Coordinate site visit and inspections
- Assist in Health and Safety management across both sites
