My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Administrator to support their finance department. The ideal candidate will be a central figure in the office, ensuring the smooth operation of their accounting systems and office environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Match purchase invoices with purchase orders efficiently.
- Input all purchase invoices into our accounting system with high accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly statements for suppliers.
- Perform general office duties and maintain an organised work environment.
- Utilize Excel for various tasks, demonstrating strong spreadsheet skills.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise, showing flexibility and initiative.
- Oversee the phone system and ensure effective communication lines within the office.
- Act as the main office contact, supporting members of staff when required.
- *Requirements:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills & strong mathematical skills.
