Corporate Tax Senior - CTA Qualified - Leatherhead, Surrey - Competitive Salary + Benefits
We're looking for a Qualified Tax Senior, either recently qualified or an established Tax Senior, to join a well established organisation in their Leatherhead office.
Joining the Business and Corporate Tax team, the Tax Senior will have initial responsibility for overseeing a portfolio of business tax related compliance functions, which includes a diverse mix of owner managed companies as well as large and international groups operating across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Senior will include:
- Preparing and reviewing UK corporate tax computations
- Monitoring reporting and payment deadlines
- Working closely with audit and accounts team to advise on tax accounting entries and disclosures
- Providing corporation tax compliance proposals and quotes
- Monitoring and managing financial performance
- Managing client and HMRC correspondence
- Training and mentoring colleagues as needed

What we're looking for:
- CTA qualification or equivalent
- Corporate tax technical and practical knowledge
- Demonstrable experience working in a Tax Accountant / Tax Manager or Tax Senior role
- Good knowledge of tax issues affecting OMB's and their shareholders
- Knowledge of UK accounting standards
- Competency in interpreting accounts and other financial information
- Knowledge of other business taxes and tax reporting processes is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to liaise confidently with clients
- IT literate with strong MS Office and database skills
- Alphatax is desirable
- Strong desire to provide a high level of service to clients
