My client one of the UKs largest engineering businesses selling bespoke machinery to a variety of industries globally.
The Role
- Handling inbound queries from prospective customers, using a hunter mentality to identify sales opportunities
- Follow industry trends and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities and leads
- Be able to use the CRM systems
- Engage with customers new and existing over the phone to understand their needs and provide the solution to the machine tool sales
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers- customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers
The Candidate
- Previous experience in sales- previous experience within the machine tools or engineering supply's industry or someone wanting a new opportunity
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Organisational skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Customer management system experience
- Result- driven with a focus on achieving targets
