You will be a highly skilled Real Estate Strategy Finance Lead to oversee the financial aspects of their real estate portfolio and development projects. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, and hands-on execution to support and enhance their real estate investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise the performance of their real estate portfolio.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to support investment decisions.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks associated with real estate projects and investments.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to identify and assess new investment opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Monitor market trends and economic factors affecting the real estate industry to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- ACA, CIMA OR ACCA Qualified
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, and market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modelling and use of financial software.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
