We are seeking a dedicated administrative assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organised, efficient and can contribute to the smooth running of an office. A successful candidate will be an essential member of the team, providing support and ensuring administrative activities run smoothly.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and distribute information within the office, including answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.
- Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.
- Manage emails, calls and other forms of correspondence within the office.
- Track and manage customer activity.
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings.
Required Skills:
- 1 year customer service or admin experience preferable.
Monday to Friday work only!
