NXTGEN is working with a fantastic practice client who are looking at expanding their Insolvency team in their Norwich office in search of a Senior Insolvency Administrator, due to the firm's growth over the last 18 months. As the new Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will be joining one of the best in the business, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovative approach in managing insolvency and restructuring cases. As an Insolvency Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring all statutory requirements are met, providing strategic advice to stakeholders, and supporting the Insolvency Managers and Partner in delivering high-quality insolvency services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insolvency professional to further their career in a challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases including administrations, liquidations & bankruptcies
  • Conduct investigations into directors' conduct and company affairs, preparing reports as required.
  • Draft and review statutory reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation and regulations.
  • Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Support the Insolvency Practitioners in the strategic planning and execution of case strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in insolvency administration.
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using insolvency software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence.
