We have a high profile Finance Manager opportunity with a private equity real estate business.
This is a pivotal role in managing the organisation's financial functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- Lead consolidation process for multiple entities within the business
- Consolidation automation, assist in the implementation of SAGE intacct
- Management Accounts
- Finance Reporting - Lead the preparation of statutory accounts in compliance with FRS 102
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
- 2+ years post-qualification experience in financial management
- Relevant consolidation and reporting experience, ideally gained within retail estate or Financial Services
- Advanced skills in Accounting software ( SAGE) and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Senior Stakeholder skills
