As part of the wider technology team, you will help deliver innovative, industry-leading systems and software while enjoying excellent benefits. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business requirements and software capabilities are met. In this role, you will drive software adoption and utilisation to enhance service levels and deliver efficiencies across the tech team.

You will report directly to the Head of Technology, who will guide you through each project, encouraging you to approach challenges with excitement and originality. Building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to the organisation's digital and data strategy are core aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tableau, NetSuite, Data analysis and integration.

The Role:

  • Responsible for performance, process analysis, and business software
  • Scope, research, test, and implement new software
  • Troubleshoot issues and bugs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, escalating as necessary
  • 4 days a week on site in Norwich, 1 day a week working from home

The Person:

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Exposure to data analysis and integration
  • Experience leading projects
  • Familiarity with agile working, especially Scrum
