Location: Remote (Europe-based)
Hours: Part-time, flexible, freelance

10+ years of corporate recruitment experience is essential.

About Us:
We are a small business specialising in professional services with a focus on the interim consulting market with some senior permanent hires. Our work is retained and generally fast-paced, and we pride ourselves on attention to detail and exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Although we need someone who is part time and flexible, we need someone who is self driven, highly self aware and who really cares and is committed to delivering as part of a small team. We share ideas and help each other to have a work-life balance. In return for this style of working you will also recieve a share of all sales delivered from the point of joining.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Part-time Recruitment Consultant / Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote role, suited to someone with experience in corporate recruitment, particularly in the executive and interim contracting markets. You will work closely with senior candidates and clients in an account management capacity—no business development is required. We need someone who is highly organized, with strong communication skills, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview senior-level candidates and assess their suitability for high-level interim or contract roles.
  • Liaise with clients, managing their accounts and ensuring all recruitment needs are met efficiently.
  • Handle recruitment processes from end-to-end, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment, including document preparation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in corporate executive recruitment, with knowledge of the interim and contracting market.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interviewing senior candidates and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours across European time zones.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote working.
  • Flexible part-time hours between 10-20 per week
  • Work with a dedicated, experienced team.
  • Opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility in a small, dynamic company.

If you are a self-motivated recruitment professional who enjoys managing candidate and client relationships and is seeking a flexible, part-time role, we'd love to hear from you!
