Digital Marketing Executive

Location

: London – Hybrid Working (3 days in office & 2 days WFH)

The Team:

Digital Marketing is a newly formed team, sitting across the Underwriting &Schemes division of PIB Group. There are 5 brands within the division, covering a variety of insurance products from Pet and Motor to Childcare and Healthcare. The group is proud of the heritage of its businesses, with hundreds of years of collective experience in serving customers and leading the way for the industries they serve.

You:

We operate across the brands to drive acquisition and manage customer value, focussing on digital channels for delivery. You will work on campaigns to achieve the team's targets, utilising data to target activity and measure performance. You will also support on delivery of the long-term digital marketing strategy, improving our capability over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing website content across our brands.
  • Support with delivery of campaigns across all digital channels, including search, email, display and social.
  • Analyse daily performance data and optimise content.
  • Support campaign measurement and facilitate reporting of results.
  • Understand our customers and adopt targeting and creative strategies that retain and grow our base.
  • Work with our Insights and Analytics team to deep dive into performance data and identify new opportunities
  • Work with Campaigns team, deliver campaigns for each brand in the group through digital channels.
  • Work closely with our in-house design studio to create impactful assets.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach, apply robust methodologies to determine effectiveness of activity.
  • Identify opportunities to adopt new channels, technologies, and approaches.
  • Manage stakeholders at group and individual companies.

Experience:

  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
  • Robust Digital Marketing experience.
  • Working with Content Management Systems.
  • Building social following/ social media management
  • Knowledge of insurance, financial or professional services sector
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Sitecore, MailChimp, Brief Your Market etc.
  • Familiar with CMS.
  • Knowledge across the digital ecosystem.
  • Understanding of website analytics, and how to utilise it to plan content.
  • Passion for innovation, pushing for new things rather than relying on the tried and tested.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office Suite
  • Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
