Account Analyst required for growing Central Chichester based Company.
- Salary £24,000 DOE plus annual bonus of £2,000 p.a.

Responsibilities For Account Analyst:
- Validating the data inputted for each of your clients
- Analysing this data to ensure that it is correct, assessing whether there are any anomalies, trying to ascertain if there is any way the company can assist the client in money-saving opportunities
- Liaising with clients in terms of their data/billing information
- Produce reports for clients as per their cycle requirements
- Close liaison with Account Managers of your client base
- Liaison with technicians/technical team regarding client analysis findings that may require further investigation
Candidate requirements for the Account Analyst:
- Exceptional IT skills especially excel and working with large amounts of data
- Excellent numeracy
- An aptitude for, and an enjoyment of analysis
- Experience of using Excel (and the aptitude to upskill)
- Able to follow process
- Highly organised and accurate
- Strong customer service/communication skills
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
