Maintenance Technician
Site Location: Isleport, Highbridge
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Shift: 4on 4off 7am – 7pm
Basic Pay Rate: £16.69 per hour

Due to continual business growth, gap personnel are currently seeking new team members to join the diverse, friendly, and passionate team at Yeo Valley. Based at their stunning site in Isleport, Highbridge, we have a Maintenance Technician position available with immediate start.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work as an important part of a team supporting with the maintenance and repairs at their facility.
As a Maintenance Technician your role will include:
- Adhere to SHE legal and environmental standards while performing work tasks.
- Utilize problem-solving methods and root cause analysis to identify and resolve faults, abnormalities, and inefficiencies.
- Manage site assets using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), inventory, and spare parts.
- Perform preventative maintenance routines and schedules according to the planned maintenance requirements.
- Achieve the highest standards of maintenance work.
What are we looking for from you?
Experience of maintaining high standards of Health and Safety; Experience of maintenance best practices with demonstrable capability and application of knowledge; An excellent level of IT literacy including maintenance software e.g. PEMAC; Ability to communicate with people at all levels; Logical approach to fault finding;
