Remote Work | iPaaS | Flexible Hours | Autonomy and Ownership | Private Healthcare | Enhanced Parental Leave

Ada Meher are proud to be partnering with a scaling SaaS company as they recruit a Technical Product Owner to help them drive delivery and growth in their integration (iPaaS) product's technical roadmap. Currently with integrations to a vast number of client solutions as well as integrations between internal products in the business, they are looking to modernise and develop this critical product with the help of a Technical Product Owner.

Due to the autonomy and ownership this role will hold, the ideal candidate will need to have prior experience within integrations and iPaaS, as well as feature planning & creating user stories for the dev and architecture teams and prioritising the backlog. You will work as part of a Scrum team including UX and Product Designers with an ethos of data-driven decision making. In return you will have the autonomy and ownership over the role to deliver results in your own image in a business set up for growth.

The company have flexibility at the core of their employee offering, and whilst they ask for some occasional travel around the UK for strategy days, they are more than happy for this role to be remote and to work around family and travel commitments to make sure that life can continue to happen around work. As a results driven business – they want to enable the right people to take ownership and deliver.

To Be Considered:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Technical Product Owner role
  • Experience in iPaaS / Integrations tooling eg. SnapLogic, Workato, Boomi etc
  • Experience with requirements gathering and requirement analysis
  • Experience feature planning and creating user stories
  • Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge
  • Experience of prioritisation of backlogs

On top of the exciting progression opportunities that come with the ambitions of the company, there are plenty of other benefits including private healthcare, extended parental leave and a generous holiday allowance.
