Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Taunton branch to develop and grow a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.
The beautiful offices are situated centrally in Taunton and you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Taunton will include:
- New Business Development and Client growth
- Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
- Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
- Working to KPI's and understanding of your sales pipeline
- Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans
- Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
- Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Regular weekly client visits and therefore ideally you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle
- Business to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face to face visits
- Best practise administration and record keeping
