Skills required for Health and Safety Manager:
- NEBOSH diploma in health and safety or equivalent.
- Cert. IOSH or above
- Proven track record in a hands-on Health and Safety role.
- Food Safety Knowledge and Hygiene procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and the motivation to progress the department.
- Good knowledge of implementing and auditing ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001
- Excellent communicator across all organisational levels.
- Complete understanding of current health and safety legislation.
- 5+ years of experience as a Health and Safety Manager.
